The evidence depends on the decision.
Not every decision requires the same depth of research. The complimentary Strategic Signal Mirror is deliberately limited to public evidence.

AI expands the field. Senior judgment narrows it.
AI helps Datamorrow search more broadly, compare more evidence, surface patterns, identify contradictions and accelerate discovery. It does not determine the final conclusion.
Senior strategists evaluate source quality, context, relevance, conflicts, uncertainty and the implications for the decision leadership is actually facing.
We distinguish evidence from assumption.
Every strategic read separates what the evidence supports from what the organization believes.

- Where credible sources, signals, audiences or market behavior point in different directions.
- UNCERTAIN
- What cannot yet be established with sufficient confidence.
- ASSUMED
- What appears to be driving the decision but has not yet been adequately pressure-tested.
- IMPLICATION
- What the evidence means for the decision in front of leadership.
What we will not do.
- Treat AI-generated output as evidence simply because an AI system produced it.
- Turn a hypothesis into a fact.
- Manufacture certainty where the evidence is incomplete.
- Ignore credible contradictory evidence because it does not support the preferred answer.
- Claim legal, actuarial, financial, technical or regulatory validation outside the scope of the work.
- Represent security or compliance certifications Datamorrow does not currently hold.

The evidence still has to survive a human challenge.
A strategic conclusion should be understandable, traceable, challengeable, and useful enough to help leadership decide what deserves action.
